Answers are held in an encrypted HttpOnly session cookie for up to one hour. A practice report is available without email. Hosting providers may process technical access logs.

This browser stores missed-item IDs and study history in localStorage. Use the Clear study history button to remove these records.

If you opt in, your email address, consent and selected exam are stored in CPT Compass’s own Cloudflare KV waitlist. NASM and ACE preferences are stored separately for the same email. No payment data or quiz answers are included. Signup is acknowledged only after storage succeeds. This app sends no automatic email.
